so cute! I've made a couple of cocos now, but have just started my first one using jersey and it's driving me nuts! Where did you get your fabric, if you don't mind me asking?
Thanks Christine! The yellow jersey is ponte roma from Guthrie & Ghani. It was really nice to work with because it's quite thick. My navy coco was made with some 100% cotton jersey from a market stall. It was super cheap and has hardly any stretch to it at all because it's just cotton so that's pretty easy to sew with as well. Basically, I would give every jersey fabric you see a tug and if it's not very stretchy then go for it! Also, make sure you use a ballpoint needle and if you're still having problems then pin some tissue paper to the bottom too!
