Chocolate orange cookies

Cookies are awesome. Chocolate orange is awesome. Need I say more?

Ingredients:
- 170g butter
- 200g dark brown sugar
- 100g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange
- 250g plain flour
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- chocolate chips!

1) Beat together the butter and sugar.
2) Add the egg, vanilla and orange zest
3) Mix in the flour, bicarb and salt

4) Add the chocolate chips
5) Splodge onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 mins at gas 6 ish.
